OUR PROCESS

We aim to provide our customers with the highest quality equipment and service. We understand that one of the most important keys to success in the mobile food industry is being able to serve a lot of food in a short amount of time. This is why our designs are created around efficiency and workflow. Our goal is to help our customers be as successful as possible, as quickly as possible.

From the design process through the trailer’s completion, we desire to partner with our customers before, during, and after the sale. Our goal is to help our customers be as successful as possible, as quickly as possible.

Bringing our mobile kitchen trailers to life can be a big process, but we’re here with you every step of the way, from design, through building, and to trailer completion

Our capabilities include The design process from the ground up – all types of specialty trailers, signs and graphics, accessories, and more. We can also help with trailer customization for existing equipment to fit your needs.

Next, by giving them the knowledge necessary to submit their plans for pre-approval to their local health and fire safety regulators, we assist our customers in minimizing expensive downtime. We can then make any necessary adjustments prior to the start of construction.

Our project manager offers updates and practical walk-through videos on how to use the trailer during production. At this time, our clients who purchase wraps or graphics will collaborate with our designers. Most importantly, we’re still here to respond to your queries.

Once the trailer is built, it is transported to our installation facility, where we hire specialized workers to install the gas lines, kitchen equipment, and other necessary custom work.

The relationship doesn’t end after the trailer is finished and in the customer’s hands, though! We are always there to help with any support required, and we enjoy using social media to highlight our clients.

Our staff and our approach were developed with the single purpose of assisting our clients in achieving the greatest level of success.

Shipping, Pickup, and Registration Information

At Arete, we understand that the creation of a custom-built trailer requires time, precision, and meticulous attention. Our custom food trucks, crafted with care, typically take 12–15 weeks to arrive upon production. However, please note that due to current port-related issues, the timeline has been extended to 5–6 months.

The time it takes to build your custom concession cart depends on several factors, including our waitlist, shipping location, the complexity of the build, and freight logistics.

Shipping Worldwide: We proudly ship our vending carts to locations across the globe. Shipping costs vary based on the destination; major cities generally incur lower shipping costs than smaller ones. You can obtain a detailed shipping quote by submitting a request through our form, accessible here.

Our custom food vending trailers are shipped via freight liner to major cities. Each trailer is loaded into a spacious 40-foot HQ container, ensuring secure transportation. Every shipment is fully insured, providing coverage for any rare instances of aesthetic damage during transit.

Pickup and Delivery: Approximately one week before your custom food trailer is ready, we will provide an accurate pickup date. You can arrange to pick up your trailer at our partner warehouse in the nearest major city or have it delivered directly to you.

Arete has partnered with a global logistics network and numerous warehouses worldwide to facilitate professional shipping, unloading, and assembly of our trailers. Whether you choose to pick up your trailer or have it shipped, rest assured that it will be fully assembled and ready for use. Minor assembly of components like AC units and generator boxes may be required.

DMV Registration: We provide the Bill of Sale and Certificate of Origin, complete with the newly generated VIN#, for you to register your vending trailer with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). This documentation allows you to transport the trailer to the DMV for registration.

For DMV registration, follow these steps:

Visit your local DMV.

Fill out a standard registration form.

Bring your food trailer, bill of sale, and certificate of origin.

The DMV will inspect your vending trailer and approve it as DOT-safe before issuing your plates.

Some DMVs may require customs documentation, which we can provide if necessary.

Return and Warranty Policy: We stand behind the quality of our work with a 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty on the food trailer build and appliances used in your concession cart. If any issues arise with either your food trailer or its appliances, we will promptly ship additional items, cover repair costs, send out a new appliance, or provide a complete refund for the appliance. This warranty is limited to non-accidental and non-operational instances where the item ceases to work or malfunctions.

Given the nature of custom-made vending trailers, please be aware that we have a strict no-refund policy on the trailer itself. Your satisfaction and confidence in our products are our top priorities at Arete.
